First of all their discount plan is amazing for people who don’t have dental insurance. They recently did a root canal for me at $1100. But more impressive than the affordable care for those without insurance is the warmth and approachability of everyone in the office from the people at the front desk all the way up to the dentists. But I was most desirous of leaving a review because of the hygienist who cleaned my teeth today at the Pearland office. Her name is Carin. She didn’t make me feel “judged” for not having had my teeth cleaned in over a year. She did such a good and thorough job and my teeth look awesome now. She was very quick to notice the slightest discomfort I had when a couple of my more sensitive teeth made me react just slightly. She took care to numb my gums with a gel so she could complete the cleaning of those teeth with a manual instrument rather than the motorized tool which caused discomfort to a few of my teeth. She is obviously not there just for a paycheck, but truly enjoys taking great care of her patients and explaining everything she is doing. I’m a guy who easily gets nervous and jumpy about lots of things, but Carin had me at ease from start to finish. I hope the management and dentists over her know what a valuable part of the team she is. I’m sure they do. I’ll be returning to the Pearland office for regular cleanings and any dental problems I might have, well into the future. More
My old dentist office closed. I was looking for something close to me and decided to give this place a shot. I went in today and had some fillings done. I must say this is a wonderful staff. Dr Barker is really friendly and explains things you need to know. The from desk staff are super sweet and friendly as well. Kayla, Katherine and Windy were a joy to speak with. They were always smiling and in great spirits. They front desk area made what’s a usually unpleasant experience for us going to a dentist into a relaxing and pleasant visit. Thank you all. The staff at this location are the best I've encountered compared to either of the three places I got cleaning from before I gave MINT a chance, and I don't see myself going anywhere else moving forward! Kyla, and Kathy at the front desk are the sweetest most helpful ladies with fabulous customer service skills, and were very personable. They made me feel so welcomed and invited to ask questions as a new patient who only had experience with a private dental practice. I can't remember the dentist's name that did my cleaning however, she was also very thorough when she gave me information, and is hands down the most compassionate dentist I've ever met. Each staff member I had any interaction with once I was in the dentist chair was wonderful. I asked a lot of questions regarding my teeth and how to keep them healthy and everyone was happy to answer and hear the next question. 10/10 experience, it's not common to find a place where everyone you encounter is fabulous, and does a fantastic job with the services they provide. A special shoutout to Dr. Pham, who made my tooth extraction experience a breeze. He prioritized my comfort, took the time to explain every detail, and administered local anesthesia without any discomfort. After a previous negative dental experience elsewhere, Dr. Pham's expertise truly stood out. Lucky to have a dentist so close from home that is so efficient at what they do. I do not have any issues with getting in and out in a timely manner here (can't say the same about other medical type experiences!). The staff is very friendly. This is the best experience I have ever had at a dentist office. I had to get a filling replaced from a bad job and Dr. Barker was amazing and his assistant Windy was amazing.. I have had a horrible experience that has made me afraid to come to dentist and get anything more than a cleaning.. that fear now has been calmed. Dr. Barker listened , truly listened to me when I told him how I can tell when I am numb enough. From the beginning , Windy placed the numbing gel in the correct spot so I never felt the needle of lidocaine in my gums. I was sold!! Dr Barker numb me enough where I never felt anything outside of the normal pressure as they pulled the old filling out, and I barely felt that.. it was an amazing experience and I am happy to be a client…. Best location I’ve been too. The east location is HORRIBLE but the Pearland location made up for it. Everyone was extremely professional helpful and knowledgeable. The lady that did my deep cleaning I’ll get her name and edit this later she was super helpful I have anxiety and she guided me through the pain helped to make sure I was comfortable and gave me knowledge on the procedure. On arrival my wait was maybe 2 minutes, the x rays were quick, and while I waited for my cleaning they let me pick something to watch on Netflix. Zami is the best dental hygienist I have ever had. This was one of the best dental visits I’ve had my entire life. The front desk staff was so welcoming and had me back in no time. Both ladies have me their undivided attention and made me feel special! Once in the dental seat Ms. Wendy came in and asked if I had any issues and answered all of my questions. She was so patient and Dr. Barker, my kids favorite dentist came in an did my exam. I had a clean bill of health for the first time ever and I was finally able to look into some cosmetic procedures. My cleaning was completed by a young lady pursuing occupational therapy and she is looking to combine dentistry with therapy to help people with autism and other disorders. She was so passionate about it and it brought me great joy. I am rooting for her to make her dreams come true! Sorry I didn’t get everyone’s name but my visit was 05/05/23. I had a very good experience Let me start by saying everyone there from the front desk personnel to the hygienist to the doctor (Dr Branch) made me and my family feel at home. They worked us in according to our a schedules. Everything was done professionally but also added relaxation. My procedure was so relaxing 😌 (1st time I said that at a dental office) they explained everything in detail. My cleaning and 2 fillings (didn’t feel a thing). 10 out of 10 This for sure will be my location Dr Branch and Raven work very well together. More

My first time trying MINT and I must say I hate I waited so long to try them. The office was nice and clean the staff were friendly and very informative. My Hygienist was amazing she took her time, and ensured my comfort level was at ease. My cleaning was a breeze and I enjoyed it all while listening to my favorite R&B music. I will continue my service here at the Pearland location. It was the best dental appointment I have ever been to. Great job MINT! More

I’ve been there twice for a tooth extraction and deep cleaning and I absolutely love the people who work in there. From the receptionist all the way to the doctors are exceptionally nice and easy to work with. Very clean facility and the wait time is only a few minutes before the bring me to the back. They well-informed me of all of my procedures and what to expect in my procedures. Very knowledgeable hygienists and doctors who work there. They forever have my business!! Thank you for two wonderful experiences!! I recommend everyone to give them a try. You won’t be disappointed in the least bit. They really get the job done. Recently went in for a cleaning and my experience was pleasant. Everyone was very courteous from the front desk staff, xray tech and the dental hygienist. There was a new dentist there who was courteousas as well but a little rushed. It's the hygienist who stands out from this visit. He took his time cleaning my teeth, even asked if I would like a little vaseline on my lips which was unexpected and greatly appreciated since the wearing of my mask rubbed off anything I placed on prior to my visit. He was Amazing! My daughter goes in a few days and I hope she gets the same team and experience. More

I am a person who sincerely hates the dentist office. Today was the start of a new found friendship. These were the most friendly people at a Dr.s office i have ever come across. They were attentive. They explained everything down to the smallest detail. Dr. Jackson cared enough to refer me to a oral surgeon for my wisdom teeth due to my sleep apnea. And the payment coordinator was very helpful and lays out each detail from insurance and so on. My wisdom teeth will finally be removed and my dental health starts improving after my cleaning tomorrow morning. I will never step foot in the horror house known as Castle Dental ever again!!!! More
